Our products are made in the Middle East and shipped around the world to our customers. We even have customers in the Middle East!

In order to facilitate your enjoyment, we have made a promise to ourselves and to our customers to keep our prices reasonable. Through strategic alliances with produces and importers worldwide, fortunately, we are able to keep our rates low, and product quality high.

Our products are available for payment by credit card. Purchasing through our site is secure and easy. Our online credit card processing uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to ensure your information is protected at all times.

Shipping information

Shipping costs are:
$8.5 on orders up to $20,
$11 on orders from $21 to $50, and
$14 on orders from $51 to $70
$16 on orders from $71 to $110, and
$18.5 on orders from $111 to 160, and
$38 on orders of $161 and over.
We do our best to deliver our products in a timely fashion, (estimated 5-7 work days contingent upon shipping location and availability for any order over $50, 10-14 work days on orders up to $50).

To avoid the problems of no delivery or delivery late of small parcels, which we experienced in the past, and to improve the service we give to our customers, we changed our policy.
The parcels will be delivered within 3-7 working days, and for this reason we will not accept orders of less than 40$. The minimum for all orders is, therefore, of 40 $, and all orders will be sent with a tracking number for the French post office.

To return a product(s), please follow these steps:

GENERAL RETURN TERMS:
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to receive returns on products that have been used. This would present a health concern and disallow us from selling these products as 'new.' We will, however, receive returns on products that are in a new, unused condition.

RETURN POLICY:
Product(s) must be returned to us within ten (21) calendar days of purchase date.
Product(s) must be accompanied by a Product Return Form.
Product(s) returned for any reason other than the product(s) being defective, damaged during shipping or erroneously-shipped will:
Be shipped at the customer's expense.
Incur a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
Be eligible for store credit or credit card refund (minus any applicable restocking fee).
